Blockbuster Collections For SPYDER - 'Spyder' box office collection day 3: Mahesh Babu and Rakul Preet starrer is expected to join the 100 Cr club by weekend

On its opening day, the film saw more than 95% occupancy in theatres and managed to rank in Rs 51 Cr right on its first day. On day two, the movie is expected to have brought in Rs 21 Cr, with the movie expected to enter the Rs 100 Cr by weekend.
Since its release, the movie has received mixed reviews, but they do not seem to have affected the film's business. The movie brought in Rs 150 Cr even before its release with distribution and other rights. The movie is said to have collected Rs 1.30 Cr in two days in Chennai alone.
The box office numbers abroad are equally interesting with the movie raking in Rs 7.45 Cr in USA from premier and Wednesday shows. However, the movie registered a 87% drop with the $1 million debut followed by $131,655 on Wednesday. But experts believe the movie could still cross $2.8 million by the weekend.

A total of 32282 candidates have appeared for the examination. The primary answer keys were displayed on August 10. The exam was held on July 30, 2017 in 31 subjects across six regional centres at Visakhapatnam, Rajamahendravaram (Rajamundry), Guntur, Nellore, Ananthapur and Thirupati. Only 6.9 per cent managed to get through.
The percentage allocations of reservations, according to the Andhra Pradesh government reservation policy, are: BC -D (7%), BC -C (1%), BC -A (7%), BC-B (10%),BC-E (4%), SC (15%), ST (6%). About 33.33% for women and 3% for PWD candidates are given reservations in each category.
Nearly 43,023 candidates were registered for APSET 2017. A total of 4,095 applications were filed for Telugu only, followed by life sciences, chemical sciences and English. The results are available on apset.net.in.

Directed by AR Murugadoss, Spyder also stars Rakul Preet Singh and RJ Balaji in important roles. Made on a budget of Rs 120 crore, the film has music by Harris Jayaraj.

The 1992 documentary Hugh Hefner: Once Upon a Time was aptly titled. For generations of men, Hefner—who died September 27 at the age of 91, according to Playboy—lived a fairy tale existence. As Kiss frontman Gene Simmons bluntly put it in the 2009 documentary Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist, and Rebel: “Show me any guy of any age anywhere in the world. . . that wouldn’t give his left nut to be Hugh Hefner at 20, at 50, at 80.”
Hefner, who died of natural causes at his home—the Playboy mansion—in Los Angeles, could not have imagined that Playboy, the magazine he created in his Chicago apartment in 1953 for $8,000, and its bunny logo would “become a fixture of the cultural landscape as universal as Disneyland and Coca-Cola,” as he wrote in 1989, for the magazine’s 35th anniversary issue.” Its historic first issue, featuring a centerfold of a naked, pre-stardom Marilyn Monroe, was undated because Hefner wasn’t sure there would be a second. That issue sold almost 54,000 copies at 50 cents each.
Playboy (original proposed title: Stag Party) was a men’s magazine that challenged puritanical convention, focusing more on indoor pursuits than outdoors. “We enjoy mixing up cocktails and an hors d’oeuvre or two, putting a little mood music on the phonograph, and inviting in a female acquaintance for a quiet discussion on Picasso, Nietzsche, jazz, sex,” Hefner wrote in the inaugural issue. At its 1975 peak, circulation climbed to 5.6 million
His auteurist vision made the Playboy lifestyle aspirational (“What kind of man reads Playboy?” was the magazine’s signature marketing slogan), and he transformed himself into the public face of the brand. He hosted two late-night television variety shows, Playboy’s Penthouse, which ran for 44 episodes between 1959-1960, and Playboy After Dark, which ran for 52 episodes between 1969-1970. Viewers were guests at a swinging party in Hef’s pad, where Sammy Davis, Jr., Lenny Bruce, or the Grateful Dead might pop in.
A dashing, erudite figure often pictured at work and play at the Playboy mansion smoking a pipe and clad in silk pajamas, Hefner established himself as the embodiment of his “Playboy Philosophy,” which preached personal liberation and championed social causes, including civil rights and gay rights.
Hefner himself, though, was a contradictory figure. He considered himself a feminist, but many accused him and the magazine of objectifying women. Sometimes, Hefner agreed: “They are objects!” he insisted to Vanity Fair in 2010.
As Roger Ebert noted in a 2010 essay, “He has possibly experienced more orgasms with more different women than any other man who has ever lived.” But Hefner also considered himself a romantic.
He championed in Playboy’s pages such cutting-edge authors as Norman Mailer, Jack Kerouac, Ray Bradbury, and Kurt Vonnegut, and featured the most iconic and iconoclastic voices of their times in Playboy interviews, which along with the centerfolds were the magazine’s signature feature. (You know, for those who read it for the articles.) But Hefner also had a nostalgic bent, and immersed himself in the movies and jazz music of his youth.
Hefner was born on April 9, 1926 in Chicago, to undemonstrative Methodist parents. “I was in a home in which I was not getting hugged,” he wrote in Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist, Rebel. But his mother was also one of his investors for his fledgling magazine, because, he told interviewers, she believed in him.
Hefner was an average student, but possessed a reported genius IQ of 152. He distinguished himself in high school by starting a school paper, serving as president of the student council, and drawing cartoons. After serving two years in the Army, he took classes at the Art Institute of Chicago before attending the University of Illinois, where he edited the campus humor magazine (and introduced a feature, Coed of the Month). For a graduate course he took at Northwestern University, he wrote a paper about sex laws in the United States.
At Northwestern, he met Mildred Williams. They were married for 10 years and had two children: Christie, who would go on to assume leadership of Playboy Enterprises, and David. The marriage was doomed, Hefner recounted in interviews, not by his work, but by Williams’ revelation that she had had an affair while he was in the service.
For want of a $5 raise, Playboy was born. At the time, Hefner was working as a copywriter for Esquire and requested this salary bump when the magazine moved its offices to New York. When he was denied, he decided to stay in Chicago and launch his own magazine.
Playboy made Hefner a pop culture icon. He appeared as himself in (or lent his voice to) television series ranging from The Odd Couple, Laverne & Shirley, and Blossom to The Simpsons and Curb Your Enthusiasm. He was also the subject of a 2017 docudrama series, American Playboy: Hugh Hefner.
But his cultural impact extends beyond the magazine and the vicarious celebrity-studded bacchanals at his mansions. There were the members-only Playboy clubs, which for almost two decades were the largest entertainment employer in America. Significantly, Hefner booked black artists in defiance of segregation laws—and also featured them on Playboy’s Penthouse, which got the show banned in the South and hastened its cancellation. “You had the courage when no one was bringing in blacks and minorities (to) let you stand flatfooted in America and just talk. You brought me in,” Dick Gregory told him at his 2011 Comedy Central roast.
Hefner funded court cases in the 1950s and 60s to challenge states where birth control was outlawed. He helped sponsor the lower-court cases that led to Roe v. Wade. He produced the first Monty Python’s Flying Circus feature film, And Now for Something Completely Different.
In recent years, Hefner’s health had declined. He suffered a stroke in 1985, said to be the result of stress over a severely critical book by director Peter Bogdanovich that blamed Hefner and the Playboy lifestyle on the death of Playmate Dorothy Stratten, who was murdered by her estranged husband.
But you can’t keep an old playboy down. Hefner, in his 80s, was back in circulation with The Girls Next Door, a reality series broadcast on E! for six seasons beginning in 2005. The series focused on Hefner’s girlfriends and life at the fabled Playboy mansion in Los Angeles. (He was married to 1989’s Playmate of the Year, Kimberley Conradt, from that year until 2010; in 2012, he married Crystal Harris, 60 years his junior, and remained wed to her until his death.) The mansion was sold in August 2016 to Daren Metropoulis, co-owner of Hostess. One of the stipulations was that Hefner would be allowed to stay on the premises.
Hefner spoke often of the joy and wonder of the life he led, and he meticulously archived it all; he also holds the Guinness World Record for largest collection of personal scrapbooks with 2,643.
“For a kid who was so influenced by the pop culture of my own childhood to be a major influence in the changing of social values and pop culture is wonderful,” he told me when I interviewed him in 1993. “My life and Playboy are a reflection of the conflicts that exist in America related to sexuality.”
I asked him what his favorite year was; his answer was pure Hefner, minus the centerfolds. “Probably the summer of ‘42,” he replied. “I was 16 years old and had just begun to realize the possibilities of what it was like to be alive. It was a time of tremendous creative output for me. I did all manner of things, cartoons, stories and plays, radio plays, and songs. That was a kind of microcosm or rehearsal for the reinvention of myself later on. I fell in love with a girl that summer…it was an intensely romantic, and very sweet time.”

India’s top telecom operator, Bharti Airtel has revised its prepaid plans. Airtel is now offering 4GB data per day with its new recharge pack of Rs. 999. Along with this, there are other similar plans have also been introduced. However, these new plans are valid only for select customers for now.
Airtel is now offering this new Rs. 999 plan under which the users get 4GB data per day and unlimited voice calls for 28 days. In contrast, the newcomer Reliance Jio also has a Rs. 999 plan that gives 90GB data for 90 days along with unlimited voice calls.
Along with the Rs. 999 plan, the company is also offering some other newer plans such as Rs. 399, Rs. 499, Rs. 549 and Rs. 799. The Rs. 399 plan gives 1GB data per day for 4G handset users, and just 1.5GB data for non-4G handset users. This plan is valid for 84 days for select users, while normally it gives 28 days validity.
Further, the Rs. 499 plan gives 1.5GB data per day, while the Rs. 549 plan offers 2GB data per day. Next, Rs. 799 plan gives 3GB data per day. All these plans are valid for 28 days. Also, these two plans offer unlimited voice calls.
These new plans from Airtel have been introduced to take on Reliance Jio which also has similar Rs. 309, Rs. 399, and Rs. 509 plans. Jio’s Rs. 309 plan offers 56GB data for 56 days, while the Rs. 399 plan gives 84GB data for 84 days. Jio’s Rs. 509 plan gives 112GB of data for 56 days i.e. 2GB data per day.
Bonus 30GB offer for New Postpaid users
Further, Airtel has also announced a new bonus offer for its postpaid customers as well. Dubbed as ‘Bonus 30GB’ offer is for the new postpaid customers. The new offer provides new postpaid users with 30GB of free data over a span of three months i.e. 10GB free data per month. The company says that with the new offer, customers will also get the free SIM delivered to their doorstep.
The new Airtel Bonus 30GB offer is available with all of the company’s Unlimited series postpaid plans. The Postpaid users can avail Bonus 30GB offer with Rs. 499, Rs. 649, Rs. 799, and Rs. 1,199 plans. To claim ‘Bonus 30GB’ free data, users need to download the MyAirtel app, which displays a banner to claim free data.
Earlier this month Airtel has also announced that it is offering its postpaid users up to 60GB of free data, on installing the company’s Airtel TV app. Under this offer, users will get 10GB of free data per month for six months, making it a total 60GB of free data to users who install the app.
Airtel has launched a new prepaid plan offering 4GB data per day that takes on similar data-heavy plans by the likes of Reliance Jio and BSNL. The new plan has validity of 28 days, with a total of 112GB of 3G/ 4G data on offer, at a price of Rs. 999. This Airtel Rs. 999 plan is only seems to be available for prepaid consumers for now and can be purchased via the MyAirtel app or the Airtel.in website under recharges. Earlier on Monday, the telecom operator also launched a Bonus 30GB offer that provides new postpaid customers with 30GB of complimentary data.
Seemingly aimed at users with high data consumption, the Airtel Rs. 999 prepaid plan comes with “unlimited” local and STD calls. However, under the Terms & Conditions section, the company elaborates that the bundled calls are capped at 250 minutes per day and 1,000 minutes a week for both local and STD calls. Calls made beyond this limit will be charged at 10p per minute for Airtel-to-Airtel calls, and 30p per minute for calls to other networks.
Users who purchase the Airtel Rs. 999 plan via Airtel Payments Bank will get 50 percent cashback as part of an ongoing offer.
Reliance Jio has a similar data-heavy Rs. 999 pack for prepaid users, which comes with 90GB data. Though the data is lesser compared to Airtel’s plan, there is no daily cap on data consumption. On the other hand, the validity of the pack is 90 days, so on an average, the user gets 1GB data per day. The Rs. 509 Jio plan comes with 112GB data, but offers only 2GB data per day and validity of 56 days.
BSNL also has a plan with 4GB data per day limit, priced at Rs. 444. The plan has a validity of 90 days, meaning a generous 360GB of data on offer. However, unlike Airtel and Jio, BSNL does not have a 4G network yet, so the data will be capped at 3G speeds only.

NEW DELHI: Bharti AirtelBSE -1.12 %'s 4G subscribers may soon be able to browse the internet and stream videos at average speeds of 30-35 Mbps, nearly three times the present day average 4G speed, with the No 1 carrier planning to deploy Massive Mimo technology in key cities in India.
People aware of the details of trials going on in Bengaluru, Manesar and Chandigarh said the market leader may start commercial roll out of the technology, considered to be more efficient than 4G but pre-5G, between December 2017 and February 2018, as the market leader invests into technology to take the speed battle to bitter rival Reliance Jio.
“In a quarter, a critical number of sites will have Massive Mimo deployed in top four metros and Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru,” said one of the people aware of the matter.
A second person said technical evaluations are on with gear suppliers Huawei and ZTE for sourcing radio equipment and installations, contracts for which may be closed within a month.
Bharti Airtel declined comment, while Huawei and ZTE didn't respond to emailed queries.
Massive Mimo, or massive multiple input multiple output, increases capacity of a base station by five to seven times and reduces interference substantially, in turn boosting the transmission signal to the devices. This means that a subscriber using voice and data, will get data speed which can be between 30 Mbps and 35 Mbps on average and even up to 50 Mbps in peak times. Comparatively, depending on one’s 4G plan, the mobile internet speed varies from 4 Mbps to 16 Mbps on paper.

Reliance Jio's entry in to the telecom industry has triggered a pricing war among operators. Incumbent telecom operators are launching new plans every other day to retain customers and halt Reliance Jio's aggressive attempts to grab market share, say some analysts.
Reliance Jio Infocomm, the provider of telecom services under brand name Jio, has launched several plans to its prepaid and postpaid customers, offering unlimited calls and low priced mobile data. With a new recharge pack priced at Rs. 399, Jio customers get 1 GB of data per day at 4G speed for 84 days along with free voice calls, SMS (short message service) and access to MyJio app services.
Under a plan priced at Rs. 149, Jio offers unlimited local and STD calls to mobile or landline numbers across India plus 2 GBs of data for 28 days.
Jio has also launched a new recharge plan at Rs. 349, which comes with 20s GB of 4G data with a validity of 56 days without any daily limit. You can use the entire 20 GBs of data even in one day or spend it over 56 days. In BSNL, the registration process for the candidate of “Direct Junior Accounts Officers (DR-JAO)” will have from September 11 through online BSNL portal – www.externalexam.bsnl.co.in.
As many as 996 posts of Direct JAOs, the state run telecom firm will recruit who will have appointed in the IDA pay scale Executive [E-1] of Rs 40,500 with an annual increment of 3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, perks, medical benefits, etc. as per the company rules.
Eligibility for the exam:
From a recognised institution/University, the applicant must possess the educational qualification M.COM/CA/ICWA/CS. And the person who appears for the exam should be below 20 years. And shall not have exceeded 30 years as on January 1, 2017.
Anyway, as per the standing instructions of Government of India: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 15 years for SC/ST-PWD candidates, 13 years for OBC-PWD candidates, 10 years for OC-PWD candidates and 5 years for BSNL employees.

బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ జేఏఓ పరీక్ష రాయాలనుకునే అభ్యర్థులు ఎంకాం/సీఏ /ఐసీడబ్ల్యూఏఐ/ సీఎస్లలో ఏదో ఒకటి దేశంలో గుర్తింపు పొందిన యూనివర్శిటీలు/ సంస్థల నుంచి 1 జనవరి 2017 నాటికి అర్హత సాధించి ఉండాలి. అభ్యర్థుల వయసు 1 జనవరి 2017 నాటికి ఓసీ అభ్యర్థులకు 30 సంవత్సరాలకు మించకుండా ఉండాలి. గరిష్ఠ వయః పరిమితి ఓబీసీ వారికి 33 సం॥; ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులకు 35 సం॥. బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ ఉద్యోగులకు 5 సం॥ సడలింపు ఇచ్చారు. అంటే వారికి 35 సం॥ లోపు ఉండాలి. వికలాంగులకు 10 సం॥ పైబడి సడలింపు ఇచ్చారు.
ఆన్లైన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్:
జేఏఓ పరీక్ష రాయాలనుకునే అభ్యర్థులు బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ పోర్టల్ అయినwww.externalexam.bsnl.-co.in కు లాగిన్ అయి ముందుగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవాలి. ఈ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియ 11 సెప్టెంబర్ 2017 న మొదలైంది. ఇది 15 అక్టోబర్ 2017 వరకూ కొనసాగుతుంది. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకునేటపుడు అభ్యర్థులు జాగ్రత్తగా వ్యవహరించాలి.
* ముందుగా వారు ఏ సర్కిల్ నుంచి పరీక్ష రాయదలచుకున్నారో నిర్ణయించుకోవాలి.
* సర్కిల్ను ఎంపిక చేసుకునేముందు ఆ సర్కిల్లో కేటగిరీల వారీగా మొత్తం ఎన్ని పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయనేది నిర్ధారించుకోవాలి.
* అభ్యర్థి ఎంపిక చేసుకున్న సర్కిల్లోని పోస్టుల సంఖ్య, కటాఫ్ ఆధారంగా ఉద్యోగం అభించే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
* అభ్యర్థి ఒక సర్కిల్ను ఎంపిక చేసుకొని రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకున్నాక మార్చుకోవడానికి అవకాశం ఉండదు.
బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్కు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మొత్తం 28 సర్కిళ్ళు ఉన్నాయి. వీటన్నింటిలో కలిపి మొత్తం 996 జేఏఓ పోస్టులు. వీటిలో అత్యధికంగా 135 పోస్టులు మహారాష్ట్ర సర్కిల్లో ఉండగా, 72 పోస్టులు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సర్కిల్లో, 71 పోస్టులు గుజరాత్ సర్కిల్లో ఉన్నాయి. అయితే తెలంగాణా సర్కిల్లో కేవలం 19 పోస్టులే ఉన్నాయి. కాబట్టి అభ్యర్థులు తాము పనిచేయడానికి సంసిద్ధంగా ఉండేదీ, ఎక్కువ సంఖ్యలో పోస్టులు ఉండేదీ అయిన సర్కిల్ను ఎంపిక చేసుకోవడం శ్రేయస్కరం. ఫీజు: అభ్యర్థులు ఆన్లైన్లో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకునేటప్పుడు నిర్ణీత ఫీజును చెల్లించాలి. ఇది ఓసీ, ఓబీసీ అభ్యర్థులకు రూ॥ 1000 కాగా, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులకు రూ॥ 500గా ఉంది. ఈ ఫీజును నెట్ బ్యాంకింగ్, క్రెడిట్ కార్డు, డెబిట్ కార్డుల ద్వారా చెల్లించవచ్చు.
ఆన్లైన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్కు సమయం ఉన్నప్పటికీ చివరలో తలెత్తే సాంకేతిక సమస్యలను అదిగమించడానికి అభ్యర్థులు ముందుగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవడం చాలా మంచిది.
Syllabus
బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ జేఏఓ ఎంపికకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షకు రెండు పేపర్లను నిర్దేశించారు. అభ్యర్థులు పరీక్షలను ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమంలో నిర్ణీత పరీక్ష కేంద్రాల నుంచి రాయవలసి ఉంటుంది. మొదటి పేపరుకు జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్, జనరల్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్/అవేర్నెస్నూ, రెండో పేపరుకు కామర్స్ నుంచి ఫైనాన్షియల్ అండ్ కమర్షియల్ అకౌంట్స్ను నిర్దేశించారు. వీటి సిలబస్, సన్నద్ధమయ్యే విధానం ఎలా ఉండాలో చూద్దాం.
1) జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిష్, జనరల్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్/ అవేర్నెస్:
ఈ పేపర్ను 150 మార్కులకు నిర్వహిస్తారు. రెండు విభాగాలుగా ఉంటుంది. మొదటి విభాగంలో జనరల్ ఇంగ్లిషు నుంచి 100 మార్కులకు ప్రశ్నలు ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ తరహాలో కానీ, షార్ట్ ఆన్సర్ రూపంలో కానీ ఉండవచ్చు. అభ్యర్థి ఆంగ్ల ప్రావీణ్యాన్ని పరీక్షించడానికి వివిధ అంశాల నుంచి ప్రశ్నలను ఇస్తారు. ముఖ్యంగా కాంప్రహెన్షన్ ఆఫ్ ప్యాసేజ్, గ్రామర్లోని వివిధ అంశాలు, ఇంగ్లిష్ యూసేజ్, ఒకాబులరీ మొదలైనవాటిని నిర్దేశించారు. ప్రామాణిక ఇంగ్లిష్ పుస్తకాలను తీసుకొని గ్రామర్, ఒకాబులరీలపై పట్టు సాధించాలి. వివిధ అంశాలను డిగ్రీ, పీజీ స్థాయిలో చదవాలి. మోడల్ పేపర్లను సాధన చేయాలి.
రెండో విభాగంలో జనరల్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్/అవేర్నెస్ ప్రశ్నలను 50 మార్కులకు ఇస్తారు. దీనిలో జాతీయ, అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో కరెంట్ అఫైర్స్ ఇస్తారు. అభ్యర్థులు పరీక్షకు ముందు 6- 8 నెలల ముందు నుంచీ కరెంట్ అఫైర్స్ చదవాలి. ప్రతిరోజూ దినపత్రిక చదువుతూ ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలను నోట్ చేసుకుని చదవాలి. వీటితో పాటు ఇండియన్ పాలిటీ, ఇండియన్ ఎకానమీ, జనరల్ మెంటల్ ఎబిలిటీ, రీజనింగ్, క్వాంటిటేటివ్ టెక్నిక్ మొదలైనవాటిని నిర్దేశించారు. వీటికి సంబంధించిన మార్కెట్లో అందుబాటులో ఉండే ప్రామాణిక పుస్తకాలను చదవాలి. ప్రస్తుతం ఇండియన్ ఎకానమీలో ప్రధానంగా పెద్దనోట్ల రద్దు, జీఎస్టీ మొదలైన సంస్కరణలను లోతుగా చదవాలి. ఉద్యోగ విజయంలో మొదటి పేపర్ కూడా ప్రముఖ పాత్ర వహిస్తుందని అభ్యర్థులు గుర్తించాలి.
2) ఫైనాన్షియల్ అండ్ కమర్షియల్ అకౌంట్స్:
దీనిలో కామర్స్ నుంచి దాదాపు 6 అంశాలను చేర్చారు. మొత్తం 150 ప్రశ్నలు. ఒక్కొక్కటి 2 మార్కుల చొప్పున 300 మార్కులకు నిర్వహిస్తారు. అంటే ఒక్కొక్క సబ్జెక్టు నుంచి దాదాపు 25 ప్రశ్నలు అడిగే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. దీన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని ప్రతి సబ్జెక్టునూ ప్ర¾ణాళికాబద్ధంగా, పూర్తి స్థాయిలో చదవాలి. సంబంధిత సిలబస్ను చూద్దాం..
అడ్వాన్స్డ్ అకౌంటింగ్: దీనిలో ముఖ్యంగా కంపెనీ అకౌంట్స్ పరిచయం- వాటాలు, డిబెంచర్స్, కంపెనీ ఫైనల్ అకౌంట్స్, ఫండ్స్ ఫ్లో అండ్ క్యాష్ ఫ్లో స్టేట్మెంట్స్ చేర్చారు. అభ్యర్థులు దీనిలో కంపెనీ ముగింపు లెక్కలకు సంబంధించిన ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలు, ఇటీవల వచ్చిన ప్రధాన మార్పులు, 2013 కంపెనీల చట్టంలోని ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలను లోతుగా చదవాలి. ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ను సాధన చేస్తూ చదవాలి.
ఆడిటింగ్: ఉద్యోగం సాధించడంలో కీలక పాత్ర వహించే సబ్జెక్టుల్లో ఆడిటింగ్ ఒకటి. దీనిలో ఆడిటింగ్ నేచర్, ఆబ్జెక్టివ్స్, బేసిక్ ప్రిన్సిపుల్స్, ఆడిటింగ్ టెక్నిక్స్, ఫిజికల్ వెరిఫికేష¯, ఎగ్జామినేషన్ ఆఫ్ డాక్యుమెంట్స్, వోచింగ్, డైరెక్ట్ కన్ఫర్మేషన్, అనలిటికల్ రివ్యూ, ఆడిట్ ప్లానింగ్, ఆడిట్ ప్రోగ్రామ్స్, వర్కింగ్ పేపర్స్, ఆడిట్ ప్రాసెస్, వాల్యుయేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇంటర్నల్ కంట్రోల్, ఆడిట్ టైప్స్ తదితరాలను నిర్దేశించారు. అభ్యర్థులు ఈ సబ్జెక్టులో ముఖ్యమైన భావనలూ, వివిధ సెక్షన్లూ, సం॥రాలను, కనిష్ఠ-గరిష్ఠ సంఖ్య, ఆడిటింగ్ స్టాండర్డ్స్ను విశ్లేషిస్తూ చదవాలి. ఈ మధ్యకాలంలో సంభవించిన మార్పులను గమనించాలి.
ఫైనాన్షియల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్- యాన్ ఓవర్వ్యూ: దీనిలో ముఖ్యంగా నిర్దేశించిన అంశాలు- గోల్స్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్, కీ ఆక్టివిటీస్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్, రిలేషన్షిప్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్స్ టు అకౌంటింగ్ అండ్ ఆడిట్, ఫైనాన్స్ ఫంక్షన్స్ మొదలైనవి. దీనిలో అభ్యర్థులు వివిధ ఫైనాన్షియల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ భావనలు, లక్షణాలు, ప్రయోజనాలు, పరిమితులను విశ్లేషిస్తూ చదవాలి. కీలక పాయింట్లను నోట్ చేసుకోవాలి.
ఫైనాన్షియల్ స్టేట్మెంట్స్: జేఏఓ సాధించడంలో అత్యంత కీలకపాత్ర వహించే సబ్జెక్టు ఇది. దీనిలో అకౌంటింగ్కు సంబంధించిన ప్రాథమిక భావనలు, బ్యాలన్స్షీట్, ప్రాఫిట్ - లాస్ అకౌంట్, సోర్సెస్ అండ్ యూజెస్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ స్టేట్మెంట్స్, అనాలిసిస్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్, ఫైనాన్షియల్ రేషియోస్ (నిష్పత్తులు), అప్లికేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ అనాలిసిస్, ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ ఇన్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ స్టేట్మెంట్స్ అండ్ అనాలిసిస్; బ్రేక్ ఈవెన్ అనాలిసిస్, లివరేజేస్ మొదలైనవి చేర్చారు. అభ్యర్థులు ఫైనాన్షియల్ స్టేట్మెంట్స్ తయారుచేయడంలో ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలూ, సర్దుబాటు అంశాలు, నిష్పత్తులు, బ్రేక్ ఈవెన్ అనాలిసిస్, లివరేజెస్కు సంబంధించిన వివిధ సూత్రాలను చదవాలి. దాంతో పాటు ప్రతి పద్ధతిలో ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ను సాధన చేయాలి. పరీక్షలో దీని నుంచి ఎక్కువగా ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ అడిగే అవకాశం ఉంది.
ఫైనాన్షియల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ ఇన్ పబ్లిక్ సెక్టార్ ఎంటర్ప్రైజెస్: ఈ సబ్జెక్టులో క్యాపిటల్ బడ్జెటింగ్, లాంగ్ టర్మ్ ఫైనాన్షియల్, వర్కింగ్ క్యాపిటల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్, మెమొరాండమ్ ఆఫ్ అండర్స్టాండింగ్, ఫైనాన్షియల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్, అండ్ కంట్రోల్లను నిర్దేశించారు. అభ్యర్థులు దీనిలో ప్రతి పద్ధతికి సంబంధించిన సూత్రాలను చదువుతూ ఒకటి లేదా రెండు ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ను సాధన చేయాలి.
బేర్ యాక్ట్స్: జేఏఓకు సంబంధించిన సిలబస్లో ఇది కూడా ముఖ్యమైనది. దీనిలో ముఖ్యంగా కంపెనీల చట్టం 1956 (సవరణలతో), కాంట్రాక్టు చట్టం, భాగస్వామ్య చట్టం, గ్రాట్యుటీ పేమెంట్ చట్టం, కన్స్యూమర్ ప్రొటెక్షన్చట్టాలను చేర్చారు. అభ్యర్థులు వివిధ చట్టాలపై ఎంత పట్టు సాధిస్తే అన్ని మార్కులు స్కోరు చేయవచ్చు. గమనించవలసిన ముఖ్యమైన అంశం- కంపెనీల చట్టం 1956 తోపాటు ఇటీవల రూపొందించిన కంపెనీల చట్టం 2013నూ, వివిధ సవరణలనూ లోతుగా చదవాలి. ముఖ్యమైన ఇతర చట్టాలు, వాటిని రూపొందించిన సం॥రాలు, ముఖ్యమైన సెక్షన్లు, వివిధ భావనలు, వాటిలో సవరణలను విశ్లేషిస్తూ చదివితే మంచి మార్కులు పొందవచ్చు.
వీటితోపాటు అభ్యర్థులకు కామర్స్ సంబంధిత ఇతర సబ్జెక్టులు కాస్ట్ అకౌంటింగ్, టాక్సేషన్, ఇతర సబ్జెక్టులపై కొంత అవగాహన ఉండాలి. ఇంకా ముగింపు లెక్కలకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలపై లోతుగా చదువుతూ పూర్తి అవగాహన పొందాలి. వివిధ చట్టాలు, సం॥, సెక్షన్లు, కనిష్ఠ-గరిష్ఠ సంఖ్య, స్టాండర్డ్స్, ఇటీవల వచ్చిన మార్పులను చదువుతూ ముఖ్యమైనవి నోట్ చేసుకోవాలి. అభ్యర్థులు ముఖ్యంగా ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ బాగా అభ్యాసం చేయాలి. గతంలోని జేఏఓ పేపర్లను, వీలైనన్ని మోడ¿ల్ పేపర్లనూ సాధన చేయడంలోనే విజయం దాగివుంటుందని అభ్యర్థులు గమనించాలి. ప్రతిరోజూ 10- 12 గంటల వరకు ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా చదువుతుండాలి. మొత్తం సిలబస్ను కనీసం మూడు పర్యాయాలు సమగ్రంగా పునశ్చరణ (రివిజన్) చేసినట్లయితే కచ్చితంగా విజయం వర్తిస్తుంది. స్వామి వివేకానంద చెప్పినట్లు ‘నిరŒంతరం వెలిగే సూర్యుణ్ని చూసి చీకటి భయపడుతుంది, అలాగే నిరంతరం శ్రమించేవారిని చూసి ఓటమి భయపడుతుంది’. కాబట్టి అభ్యర్థులు నిరంతరం శ్రమించి విజయాన్ని పొందాలి.

* అకౌంటింగ్ స్టాండర్డ్స్ తప్పనిసరిగా చదవాలి.
* ప్రతి చాప్టర్లో ఒక ప్రాథమిక సమస్యను ఎంచుకుని సాధన చేయాలి. మిగతా సమస్యల్లోని ప్రముఖ అంశాలను (కీ అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్లు) హైలైట్ చేసుకోవాలి. ఇది పునశ్చరణకు బాగా ఉపయోగం.
* ప్రతి అంశాన్ని చదువుతున్నప్పుడు కాన్సెప్టుకే ప్రాధాన్యమివ్వాలి.
* వీలైనంతవరకూ ప్రతిరోజూ ఒక అకౌంటింగ్ స్టాండర్డ్ను చదవాలి, నేర్చుకోవాలి.

The Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification is one of the most prestigious in our country. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is the governing body that conducts the CA exams. Students who clear the final exam, held by the institute, are then absorbed by the industry as qualified chartered accountants (CA).
To pursue CA, one has to clear three exams namely CPT (entrance exam), IPCC (Intermediate exam) and the final CA exam.
Students who want to opt for CA can give the CPT exam after completing Class XII. Subsequent to clearing the CPT exam, students can appear for IPCC exam after nine months of preparation. The IPCC exam has subjective questions based on law, audit, tax, etc as compared to the objective questions in the CPT exam.
After clearing the IPCC exam, a student has to serve as an intern under a practicing CA for a period of three years before being eligible to appear for the final exam.
Passing the exam is not as difficult as it sounds.
Here are tricks that helped me clear the CPT and IPCC exams:
1. How to Study: Regular and quality studies are a must. Most of the times it doesn’t matter how much you study, but how much you can grasp while studying. It is important that you follow a systematic study routine.
2. Study Material: It is imperative that you have good study resources. Tuitions and professional help add to your knowledge, but self-study is of utmost importance in this course. A lot of practice is needed to do well in the exam.
3. Giving equal importance to all subjects: Students usually neglect subject/s they dislike and devote more time to subjects they find interesting. It is imperative to concentrate on all subjects.
4. Making Notes: Making notes, and having pointers for each chapter/ answer helps a student immensely, since it is practically impossible to go through the entire portion one day before the exam.
5. Mock exams: A student is advised to practice mock tests at home as well as under a professional’s guidance. Mock exams help students manage exam pressure and time while writing the exam.

How to Pass CA IPCC Exams Group 1 and Group 2 or both Groups in First Attempt Easily
Some CA IPCC students asked me “How to complete CA IPCC exams in just one month or 20 days”. Definitely its not possible to complete CA IPCC exam in just one month or 20 days. In recent Google Hangout with ICAI president, he said that CA exams will be tough from 2017. Last attempt (May 2017) ICAI declared very low pass percentage that means we have to do more hard work. I’m not saying its very tough to crack CA IPCC exams. I’m saying that “Yes! you can pass CA IPCC exam, if you have conceptual knowledge with effective preparation only.
1. A student is required to prepare thoroughly for examinations well in advance and to devote at least two hours daily for studies while undergoing Articled Training.
2. During leave period at least 14 to 16 hours’ hard work is required.
3. Avoid mobiles, internet and television as far as possible.
4. Students must study from study material and do practice from practice manual. Wherever a particular topic or point is not clear, a student may refer to a standard text/reference book.
5. Students should refer suggested answers of questions set in last five/six examinations and Revision Test Papers. It is strongly recommended to solve the questions first without referring to solutions and then comparing the answers with the solutions given. Such an approach would help in knowing point of mistake and presentation pattern of an answer.
6. In law papers, Section and its provision is to be given correctly. If a student is not sure about the Section number then he should not quote the same.
How to Pass CA IPCC in First Attempt Easily
Get up early in the morning at 4 AM. Be ready by 5 AM. This period (4.00 AM to 6.00 AM) is called ‘Brahma Murat’ and studies done during this period cannot be forgotten i.e. they remain in memory for long.

7 AM. to 7.30 AM.
Breakfast Time
7.30 AM to 10.30 AM
Read theory – mind is always fresh in the morning
10.30 AM to 11.00 AM
Relaxation Time
11.00 AM to 1 PM.
Do/solve practical problems.
1 PM to 2 PM
Lunch Time
2 PM to 3 PM
May take short sleep
3 PM to 5 PM
Do/solve practical problems.
5 PM to 5.30 PM
Have a break.

Read theory.
