Amaravati: AP Assembly Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasada Rao said that the ‘Amaravati Declaration’ has been finalised after taking into consideration the valuable suggestions made by famous women belonging to various fields and students and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will release the declaration very soon.

Speaking to media persons at the Assembly premises in Velagapudi on Monday after the deliberations with the core committee under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary (transport and R&B) Sumita Dawra and the members of an advisory committee,
he said the committee which met three times earlier had prepared the draft copy of Amaravati Declaration, in which some changes had been made after discussing with various groups. Dr Rao recalled that the National Women’s Parliament which was held between February 10-12 this year at Pavitra Sangamam near Vijayawada had discussed elaborately about the problems and rights of the women.
