First Look: Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi - RAM LATEST MOVIE

Energetic actor Ram has not been consistent with his films. After a blockbuster like Nenu Sailaja, he tasted a debacle with Hyper. He then signed one more film with Kishore Tirumala and the movie has been titled Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi. Anupama Parameshwaran and Lavanya Tripathi are the female leads in the movie and the shoot of the film is currently midway. Touted to be a youthful entertainer with enough romance and family emotions, the makers unveiled the first look of Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi. The first look poster of the movie has been completely refreshing and as the title says Ram along with his friends have been showcased in party mood. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the tunes and Sri Sravanthi Movies are the producers. The movie has been aimed for November release this year.

Tollywood star Jr NTR has allegedly evaded service tax to the tune of Rs 1.10 crore on the remuneration he received for his 2015 hit film Nannaku Prematho. The actor has issued a statement explaining his side of the story and has promised that he will pay every single penny if he has to.

Tollywood star Junior NTR on Saturday issued a statement to the media after some reports suggested that he did not pay service tax on the remuneration he received for his 2015 hit film Nannaku Prematho.
“I have acted in (Nannaku Prematho) film in 2015 which was made in the UK by the producer. I was advised by legal and tax experts that any Service (in this case as an actor) rendered outside India for which payment is received in Foreign Exchange, is not taxable for Service tax in India. Accordingly, I have not collected the service tax from the producer of Nannaku Prematho,” he said in a statement.
The Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) has brought to the notice of Finance Ministry that actors and filmmakers have been using loopholes in the tax policy to evade the service tax obligations. According to reports, the CAG report that was tabled in the parliament has suggested that the actors were paid through foreign companies for the portions shot aboard. Since no tax will be playable on exports of goods and services, this practice apparently allowed the artists in question to save on taxes.
“In 2016 when CAG officials conducted a review of my Service Tax returns and raised a query, my legal and economic team gave an explanation in writing about the same. After sending that written reply in 2016, till date, we have not received any further communication regarding this matter, like a show cause notice or demand, from the authorities,” Jr NTR said.
The latest media reports suggested that the Central Revenue department was contemplating to serve notice to the actor for alleged non-payment of Rs 1.10 crore in service tax.
“If and when I receive any communication from the authorities, I will respond as per the applicable law. I have been a law-abiding citizen and faithful Income tax and Service tax payer for the last several years,” he added.
“I have been complying with all the applicable laws scrupulously in time. I have the highest respect for the laws of this great country India. In the present matter, if it is found by the competent Authority that I have to pay the Service Tax, I will pay every single penny as required of me. I am waiting to hear from the authorities regarding the same,” he said.

21:05 PM IST: Telegu Titans improved their performance, but unluckily, they ran into a superb Patna Pirates in their Zone B match at Hyderabad. Skipper Rahul Chaudhary scored 12 points, and it was not enough. This is their fifth successive defeat in six matches. Legendary Rakesh Kumar contributed with six points. For Pirates, Pardeep Narwal (12 points),  Monu Goyat (10) were the star performers.
20:59 PM IST: With seconds left in the match, what Titans needed was to restrict a defeat with more than seven points, but they went for the big tackle and paid the price.

Then, to make things worst, their challenge also got wasted even as the Pirates completed a huge win. Scorecard read 36 - 43 in favour of the Pirates.

20:54 PM IST: Rahul Chaudhari in on a roll. After getting rid of a Pirates raider, he quickly raided and returned with a point. Now the difference is eight points with a minutes play left.

20:52 PM IST: Sub for Pirates. Jawahar Dagar in for Vishal Mane. What a fight-back from the home side. They have added seven points on the trot, and managed to all out the Pirates. It's 30-40 in favour of the Pirates, though.

20:46 PM IST: This has become a one-way traffic despite an all out effort from the Titans to block the Pirates. With less than five minutes left in the match, Pirates lead Titans by 17 points.

For a change, Pirates have taken time-out.

20:33 PM IST: Titans scored quick points but Pirates are keeping it simple by matching their hosts point by point.

20:39 PM IST: This is unreal! Rahul Chaudhari didn't take the bonus point bait, and lost it.  Then, the Pirates made it a child's game by taking a huge lead. And as expected Titans have taken a time out. Much needed.

20:33 PM IST: Telegu Titans resumed the proceedings with Vikar raiding. But it was one empty raid from the home side. Rakshith comes in for Rohit Rana for Titans.

But the action is still dominated by the visitors. The lead now is seven points.

FIRST-HALF: Titans 16 - 23 Pirates

20:25 PM IST: Both the sides added one point each in their kitty, but it's still the Pirates who are leading the count at half-time. Seven points is big lead.

20:21 PM IST: Patna Pirates increased the lead to six with a tackle of Rahul Chaudhari and successful raid from Monu Goyat.

20:19 PM IST: With less than five minutes left in the half, Pirates have once again taken the lead. Pardeep Narwal was brilliant in his raid.

Then, within two raids, Pirates managed to all out Titans.

20:16 PM IST: Legendary Rakesh Kumar showed his brilliance with a good raid by escaping through the lobby. Titans scored one point, but again, they conceded two points.

Then, Rakesh involved himself in a super tackle. 12-12 now.

20:13 PM IST: Patna Pirates increased the lead with couple of successful raids. But Telegu Titans responded with Nilesh Salunke completing a successful raid.

20:11 PM IST: Rakesh Kumar produced a brilliant block to complete the tackle, but Telegu Titans lost their raider in the subsequent play. Both the sides got one point each.

Then at 7-7, Pirates caught Rahul Chaudhari.

20:07 PM IST: First point for Telugu Titans, thanks to Nilesh Salunke's raid. Then the home side reduced the gap with a brilliant tackle, a complete team effort. Jaideep was struggling for space.

20:03 PM IST: Dream start for Patna Pirates. Pardeep Narwal completed a successful raid, then tackled Rahul Chaudhari in the return raid. They further consolidated the lead with a brilliant Monu Goyat raid.

Minutes away from the first raid in this crucial Zone B match. Here are the starting sevens.

Telugu Titans: Rahul, Vinod, Rohit Rana, Vikas, Nilesh Salunke, Rakesh, Vishal

Patna Pirates: Pardeep, Vishal, Sachin, Monu, Vinod, Satish, Jaideep

Here are the details on how to catch the match:

Date:

Day 6 action of the Pro Kabaddi League, season five, will be on August 3, 2017 (Thursday).

Time:

The match will be at 8 pm IST.

Where:

All the action on Wednesday will be at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad.

Telugu Titans’ horrific season continues as they suffered their fifth defeat on the trot. Pirates completely dominated the first while Titans showed signs of a comeback in the later part of the game. However, their efforts were not sufficient enough as they went down 36-43 in Hyderabad. It is the first time that Rahul Chaudhari and his men have lost twice to Pirates in a single season. Pirates captain Pardeep Narwal was brilliant once again as he recorded his fifth Super 10 against the Hyderabad-based team. Joining him was Monu Goyat, who played the second fiddle to the 20-year old captain. With few minutes remaining, Rahul also brought up his Super 10 with two Super Raids. Titans have a five day where they need to revise their strategy and come out from the shadow of Rahul Chaudhari.
With few minutes remaining, Rahul also brought up his Super 10 with two Super Raids. Titans have a five day where they need to revise their strategy and come out from the shadow of Rahul Chaudhari. Nilesh Shalunke and Rakesh Kumar did show some spark but that is just not enough if they want to make it to the playoffs. They next play Bengaluru Bulls on August 8 in Nagpur.
