20:59 PM IST: With seconds left in the match, what Titans needed was to restrict a defeat with more than seven points, but they went for the big tackle and paid the price.
Then, to make things worst, their challenge also got wasted even as the Pirates completed a huge win. Scorecard read 36 - 43 in favour of the Pirates.

Telugu Titans’ horrific season continues as they suffered their fifth defeat on the trot. Pirates completely dominated the first while Titans showed signs of a comeback in the later part of the game. However, their efforts were not sufficient enough as they went down 36-43 in Hyderabad. It is the first time that Rahul Chaudhari and his men have lost twice to Pirates in a single season. Pirates captain Pardeep Narwal was brilliant once again as he recorded his fifth Super 10 against the Hyderabad-based team. Joining him was Monu Goyat, who played the second fiddle to the 20-year old captain. With few minutes remaining, Rahul also brought up his Super 10 with two Super Raids. Titans have a five day where they need to revise their strategy and come out from the shadow of Rahul Chaudhari.
